Please include as much of the following information as you know:

• Author
• Publisher
• Pub. Year
• Price
• ISBN
• Where reviewed?
• Additional info that would help us evaluate the suggestion

If you wish to reserve the item, include your:

• Borrower card#
• Name
• Phone

We'll be happy to review your suggestion.  Unfortunately, budget concerns and balancing the needs of all our patrons do not allow us to purchase all items that are suggested.
